Banner of blue cultural participants is made of blue satin fabric, in its outline and center (in the form of a cross) it has sky blue ribbon embroidery, at the top of the pole it has four blue ribbon flowers forming a cross. It is used to bless the four cardinal directions at the beginning and end of the patron saint festivities; to give a farewell blessing to the deceased, and every January 6 inside the temple of each of the eight head towns, in the consecration ceremony of the new governors. This flag is positioned on the altar on the right side next to the Sacred Heart and on the left side a banner of red partygoers, next to the Virgin of Sorrows; at the end of the ceremony both banners are removed.
