Set of stuffed Gambel's quails or "cholis". The Sonoran Desert is home to this characteristic bird. This type of quail are usually an abundant species near desert streams and water holes; flocks walk to the water in the morning and at night, making a variety of clucking and clucking sounds (Audubon, 2022).
Through the conservation technique known as taxidermy, we can admire this type of specimen, almost as it is found in its natural space.
